You are with us where ever you are for we are one. Therefore, where ever you are in the world, beyond the fabric of time and space, also you can Hug the Holy City and ignite the heart of the world.

We suggest that you gather in groups and meditate with us from a distance. The more people that will virtually hug the city, the more powerful the effect of the hug will be on the opening of the heart chakra of the world and on the entire world.

The actual time of the Hug around the Old City of Jerusalem according to NY time is between 10am-11am on Monday May 21st 2007.
It is better to do it at that time but not necessary. The intention is what counts.

Here is a suggested meditation to practice, preferably in a group at or near the time of the Hug:
Sit down comfortably in a circle and hold hands, breath deeply and relax. Go deep into your hearts and feel the love emanating from the core of your being. Feel all the other open hearts around this circle, the intimacy of your unified hearts, the joy of being together. See how one unified heart is being formed in the center of your circle. Take the time to feel the love emanating from your One heart.
Envision the Holy City of Jerusalem in the center of your circle, radiating and glowing.  She is surrounded by thousands of people, holding hands with open hearts that are creating one huge unified heart in the center of the holy city. See your own heart merging with it and together with the hearts of all the other groups around the world, creating one global human heart in the center of Jerusalem.
This heart is the core being of a big diamond. The upper tip of this diamond stretches way up in to the heavens all the way to the heart of the creator. 
The lower tip of this diamond stretches all the way down in to the center of the earth.
The global heart in the center of the diamond holds the balance between heaven and earth.
It is pulsing, with each pulse, a huge wave of love is pouring, flooding the city, melting all the hearts. It is pure love of a unified heaven and earth.
Each pulse is flooding the entire world with huge waves of universal love.
Let it flow, loved ones. New times have come. 

Toning would be an excellent way to ground this energy . Let the sound come naturally from the center of your heart. Feel all the tones merging together in harmony and creating a multidimensional structure  within your being that can contain and express this powerful New Light.
